Services Provided

  • Divorce mediation is a structured, neutral process designed to help couples work through the practical terms of their separation. This includes parenting schedules, spousal support, division of finances, and living arrangements.

As the mediator, I facilitate guided discussions to support clear communication and efficient decision-making. The goal is to assist both parties in reaching mutually acceptable agreements without the need for court intervention.

Mediation provides a cooperative alternative to litigation, allowing both individuals to retain control over outcomes while working toward practical, organized resolutions.

  • This six-week group offers a structured setting for individuals navigating separation or divorce to explore practical topics and share experiences with others in similar circumstances. Each session focuses on areas such as communication strategies, co-parenting coordination, financial organization, and planning for the next phase.

The group is discussion-based and designed to provide useful tools, information, and peer connection throughout the divorce process.

Divorce can feel isolating, but you don’t have to go through it alone. In this group, you’ll find a safe, supportive space where you can share your experiences, gain valuable insights, and connect with others who truly understand. Whether you’re just beginning this transition or further along in the process, this group offers the guidance, tools, and community you need to move forward with strength and resilience.

  • Discernment counseling is a short-term, structured process for couples who are unsure about the future of their relationship. It is not therapy, but a guided conversation designed to bring clarity and direction.

Each 90-minute session begins with both partners together, followed by individual time with each person, and then a return to a joint discussion. This format ensures that both voices are fully heard and respected. As a neutral third party, I guide couples in exploring three distinct paths:

    1. Maintain the relationship as it is

    2. Move toward separation

    3. Commit to repair the relationship with a clear plan

The goal is not to solve every problem but to help partners decide, with confidence and intention, which path is right for them. Most couples complete between one and five sessions, walking away with greater clarity and a shared understanding of what comes next.
