Separating Together: Divorce Support Group

In-Person | 6-Week Group | Co-Ed | 90-Minute Sessions | Spring 2026

This group isn’t just about getting through divorce — it’s about stepping into a stronger, more grounded version of yourself… and actually enjoying the process along the way.

Because the truth is… divorce can be incredibly confusing. One minute you feel clear, the next you’re second-guessing everything. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like no one truly understands what you’re going through. That’s exactly why surrounding yourself with people who get it can make all the difference.

This is a space where you don’t have to explain yourself. You’ll be with others who understand, who support you, and who help you make sense of what feels so unclear.

The group is incredibly supportive, friendships naturally form, there’s a lot of laughter, and people often leave feeling lighter, more hopeful, and genuinely changed.

Over six weeks, you’ll start to feel like yourself again — and maybe even discover parts of you that feel stronger than before.

Together, we’ll focus on:

• Letting go of what’s been weighing you down and feeling emotionally lighter

• Releasing resentment and finding a sense of calm and clarity

• Rebuilding confidence and reconnecting with your self-worth

• Understanding your patterns so you can move forward differently

• Creating healthy, empowering boundaries

• Opening yourself up to joy, purpose, and what’s next for you

Each session blends meaningful conversation, reflection, and real-life tools you can actually use — not just in theory, but in your everyday life.

People often come in feeling unsure… and leave with clarity, confidence, new friendships, and a sense that they’re truly going to be okay — and more than okay.
