This weekly virtual support group is a safe, validating space for those recovering from narcissistic abuse—whether from a partner, parent, or other significant relationship. Together, we explore the patterns of emotional manipulation, rebuild self-trust, and learn how to set boundaries without guilt. Each group includes guided discussion, education around narcissistic traits and trauma bonds, and space to share and connect with others who truly understand.
Sessions are held on Zoom. A link will be provided after registration.
